PowerHouse Tanning & Beauty has been open for 20 years, and since opening, we have expanded the salon by adding a large beauty room, 2 beauty beds, a brow bar, a spray tanning room and two nail bars.

The salon has the latest high powered Sun Shower/beauty bed designed for excellent tanning performance, and also boasts collegen light therapy for powerful anti aging results.

There are 6 members of staff that make the PowerHouse Team.Our team of beauty therapists have many years experience and offer a wide range of beauty products and services. 

We all work hard to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all our clients and enjoy all aspects of tanning and beauty from day to day treatments to special occasions including weddings & proms.

PowerHouse is a contemporary salon offering a wide range of beauty treatments which we are constantly updating including lash extensions, LVL, Nails, Brow Lamination, dermaplaning, dermabrasion, Botox & more.

Powerhouse is situated in West Monkseaton, Whitley Bay where we also have unlimited FREE customer parking right outside the salon so there's no annoying car park charges.

Why did we name ourselves 'PowerHouse'?

We chose to use power in our name, because when you leave you get the amazing feeling that you have been empowered, almost like a new person.
